PPC Medical Director Allan T. Parr, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Parr has been helping patients with chronic intractable pain at his outpatient clinic, Premier Pain Center, since 2001, while practicing interventional pain management for over ten years in the Covington area. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management. His training and expertise allow him to skillfully consider all appropriate treatment options for his patients.
Dr. Parr and his staff stay current on the latest medications, treatments, and procedures, and work closely with other healthcare providers to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan for each patient.

C. Ann Conn, M.D. was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received her degree from Louisiana State University before completing her education at LSU School of Medicine. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, she completed her residency in Neurology at LSU Health Science Center. She also completed a one-year fellowship in Interventional and Medical Pain Management at LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans before practicing at Northshore Interventional Pain Management Center. Dr. Conn is specialty trained and board eligible in the state of Louisiana.
