Premier Pain Center accepts different methods of reimbursement. As a courtesy, we will file a claim with the insurance carrier for pain management services. The patient is responsible to pay their deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance according to their contract with their carrier. Some carriers require that services be pre-certified before they are paid. If a patient does not have insurance, payment is due at the time services are rendered.
